Job Opportunity: Entry-Level After-School Staff for K-5th Grade Students
- Pay rate : $20.75 starting

STAR Education seeks dedicated individuals to join our team as entry-level after-school staff. This position provides a valuable opportunity to work with K-5th grade students, contributing to their educational development and overall well-being. **Job Details**:

- Schedule:

- _**Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 2:15 pm-6:15 pm**_
- _**Wednesday: 1:15 pm-6:15 pm**_
- Ideal for College Students

**Experience**:

- Previous experience of approximately six months, paid or volunteer, directly working with children is preferred. Examples of relevant experience include coaching, recreation leadership, teaching, teacher's assistant, youth development programs, or involvement in youth groups.

**COVID-19 Vaccination**:

- As per LAUSD employee guidelines, all staff members must provide proof of vaccination against the COVID-19 virus.

**Other Requirements**:

- **Successful completion of a background check is necessary to be eligible for employment.**:

- **Physical fitness is essential as the role requires walking, running, and jumping while working with children, standing for the duration of the program.**:

- **Availability from school dismissal until 6 pm is required.**

Pay: $20.00 - $20.75 per hour
