We are seeking passionate, innovative, nurturing and dedicated Site Supervisors who are seeking to make a difference in the lives of our early learners. The Children’s Collective, Inc., is dedicated to shaping and contributing to the lives of infants, toddlers and preschoolers through thoughtful, meaningful interactions and experiences. The Site Supervisor will be involved with developing, monitoring and evaluating the Program and the supervision of staff in accordance with Title 5 and Title 22 regulations.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development or related educational field
- Must hold a Commission on Teacher Credentialing Child Development Site Supervisor Permit
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Teacher
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Site Supervisor
- Experience working with low income, high risk and/o minority and inner city populations.

**Skills**:

- Child growth and development
- Strong interpersonal, grammatical, communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to prepare and maintain detailed records
- Able to successfully meet daily objective; have the ability to lead team atmosphere; possess effective conflict resolution skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensures the health and safety of the children and staff at all times
- Provides staff supervision
- Monitors and maintains employee files
- Maintains and monitors contracted enrollment
- Maintains the physical site
- Maintains and monitors staff documentation, records and files
- Maintains Community Care Licensing status - meets Title 22 regulations
- Maintains California Department of Education and/or California Department of Social Services status - Title 5 regulations
- Reports any suspected incidents of child abuse to Program Manager
- Ensures that the daily activities of center staff are in support of best practices.
- Ensures the maintenance of a safe, nurturing, interactive and orderly environment for children.
- Monitors classroom activities - providing support to teaching staff
- Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
