MPL Group begun their journey in real estate in 2004 and since have expanded to marketing, construction, property management, real estate brokerage and other businesses. Group currently buys over 300 homes annually for their flipping business, acquiring apartment complexes, self storage units and vacation homes.

MPL Group seek a motivated, enthusiastic Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This outstanding applicant will be expected to be the CEO's right-hand individual and must always be willing to go above and beyond.

As an executive assistant to the CEO of MPL Group, overseeing multiple companies within the conglomerate requires a multifaceted approach.

**Organizational Management** - Establish and maintain organizational structures that facilitate effective communication and coordination between the various companies under MPL Group. This involves creating reporting mechanisms, setting up regular meetings, and ensuring that information flows smoothly between departments and subsidiaries.

**Meeting Preparation** - Preparing and organizing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and relevant documents. The executive assistant may also attend meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked. Coordinates the CEO’s outreach activities; follows up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.

**Strategic Planning**: Assist the CEO in developing long-term strategic plans for MPL Group and its subsidiaries. This includes identifying growth opportunities, assessing market dynamics, and making strategic decisions to position the company for success.

**Project Coordination** - Coordinate projects across different companies within MPL Group, ensuring that timelines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and goals are achieved. This might involve overseeing construction projects, marketing campaigns, property acquisitions, and other business initiatives.

**Financial Oversight** - Work closely with the CFO and finance teams of each company to ensure financial stability and growth. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and monitoring key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Relationship Management** - Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and investors. This might involve attending industry events, networking, and representing MPL Group in various professional settings.

**Scheduling & Calendar Management** -Responsible for calendar management, including scheduling and arranging meetings/conferences, travel, and lodging. Anticipates Founder’s needs in advance of meetings. Works closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

**Continuous Improvement**: Implement processes for continuous improvement across all aspects of MPL Group's operations. This could involve streamlining workflows, adopting new technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

**Time Management** - Advising the CEO on time management and prioritization of tasks to ensure optimal productivity.

**Point of Contact** - Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Founder, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature; prioritizes and determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect Founder’s style and organization policy.

**Gatekeeping **- Managing and screening incoming calls, visitors, and requests for the Founder’s time. Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the team. Act as the point of contact among CEO and partners, employees, and other external stakeholders.

**Personal Tasks** - Executive assistants may handle personal tasks for the CEO, such as managing personal appointments, household services

**Confidentiality**:

- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company information and executive decisions.

Overall, as the executive assistant to the CEO of MPL Group, your role would be to ensure that the various companies within the conglomerate operate cohesively and efficiently, driving growth and success across the board.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily briefings for the CEO each morning on calendar, tasks, and priorities
- Create systems and processes to manage the reminders and outreach necessary to meet the CEO relationship goals
- Assist and support the CEO in all business and personal areas needing assistance
- Manage the CEO’s calendar to coordinate all personal and work meetings and calls, including video conferencing, corporate meetings, and large team events
