**THE POSITION**:
The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is seeking an experienced, dependable and highly motivated office support professional to serve with the Division of Licensing and Registration. **DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
This position provides clerical and office support within the Licensing and Registration Section to ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. The person in this position is responsible for entering boat registration and title data in the registration and titling system and answer incoming phone calls from customers.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Seasonal full-time employment (75 hours biweekly).
- This position does not receive medical benefits. Paid time off can be used after working 750 regular (non-overtime) hours in each calendar year.
- Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title);** or**:

- Graduation from high school; **or**:

- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
