*Monitor and update open Purchase Order Report

*Follow up, verify and revise ETA dates on Purchase Orders with vendors and suppliers and notifying the Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Representatives

*Contact Vendors and Freight companies as needed

*Compile, receive and update incoming freight log (domestic and international)

*Close Purchase Orders as product is received

*Assist Purchase Manager in the creation and revision of Purchase Orders as needed

*Assist Purchase Manager with other tasks as needed

*Enjoy working with a close-knit team of professionals and interacting in a friendly and positive way

*Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Be able to identify potential shortcomings in Purchasing, order fulfillment, and inventory management and be able to suggest and implement solutions

*Have some knowledge and experience working in the natural stone industry-preferred

*Be computer literate

*Execute proactive thinking and problem solving when needed

*Have the ability to follow company policy and procedures

*Be highly Professional

*Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred but not required

**Salary**: From $45,000 per year (negotiable based on experience) with review after six months
