We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our affordable residential properties and ensure the highest level of service for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tenant Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere through regular communication and resident events.
- Handle lease renewals, rent collections, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- **Property Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property, ensuring that it is kept in excellent condition.
- Schedule and supervise routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and necessary repairs.
- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely service.
- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the property’s annual budget, monitoring expenses and revenue to meet financial goals.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Prepare financial reports and provide regular updates to property owners and stakeholders.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff, including maintenance personnel and administrative staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation, including leases, maintenance logs, and safety inspections.
- **Marketing and Leasing**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Monitor market trends and adjust rental rates to remain competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, One Site).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Affordable Housing experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
