**Position Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Clinicians in their treatment of patients
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary clinic by managing laundry, cleaning tables, vacuuming, and wiping down machines and other equipment as needed
- Exhibiting behaviors and practices which foster effective professional and therapeutic relationships with patients, family members and team members
- Collaborating with all clinicians, staff, management and physicians to safely achieve goals and cultivate effective relationships clinic wide
- Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with all ORA policies, procedures, health and safety regulations
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all HIPAA rules and regulations

**Job Qualifications**:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients, families, and staff
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist in lifting patients up to 300lbs

**Education**:

- High School Diploma

**Experience**:

- Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred, however not required
