We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, financial management, customer service, and ensuring the overall success of the establishment.
**Duties**:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and seamless coordination
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance business performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in food service management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective staff management and customer interaction
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Knowledge of hotel operations, catering, kitchen management, and banquet services
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
