Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties, ensuring that all financial and operational goals are met while adhering to relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in property management, who possesses strong analytical skills, financial insight, and proficiency in real estate management software (such as Yardi). The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in managing maintenance programs, marketing strategies, leasing processes, and financial assessments.
- Leadership capabilities to foster trust and influence among staff and residents.
- A solid background in operational management and turnaround strategies.
- Confidence in developing effective solutions to address challenges.
- Certifications such as Tax Credit Specialist and/or Certified Occupancy Specialist.
Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years in property management is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
Executing the financial and operational strategies set forth by the organization while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Additionally, the role involves:
- Establishing systems to enhance resident and employee safety and health.
- Building collaborative relationships with team members and residents.
- Recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier property management personnel.
- Preparing for and participating in regular meetings to discuss portfolio performance.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
