**Responsibility Overview**

As a Petland Sales Manager your main responsibility will be to lead and cultivate a high-performing team that focuses on solution selling and providing world-class customer service, with the goal of achieving store sales goals. You will play a leadership role in championing Petland’s company values and commitments.

**Job Duties**
- Engaging and inspiring team members to achieve maximum performance by modeling behavior that fosters a sense of energy, ownership, teamwork, and personal commitment
- Follow your team members employment life cycle by pursuing, recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining talented associates for key roles while setting clear performance expectations
- Creating a culture of consultative selling with an emphasis on developing ongoing professional relationships
- Maintaining accountability for results within the easy tech and mobile area
- Partnering with other store managers to champion a customer-centric environment
- Overseeing the timely completion of required training for all store associates
- Performing your role and additional responsibilities to the best of your ability while exhibiting professionalism

**Job Requirements**
- Commission Based Sales Experience Required
- Store Sales Management Experience - 3-5 Years Leading a Team
- Must Be Willing to Work Weekends: Friday, Saturday, And Sunday
- Be Personable and Approachable - Able to Network and Build Community Involvement
- Have A Positive, Can-Do Attitude - Able to Coach and Motivate a Diverse Team
- Must Be Initiative-taking, Manage Multiple Projects and Deadlines Effectively
- Must Have Reliable Transportation
- Must Be Dependable and Punctual
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Passion for Technology, Production, Innovation and Office Solutions

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
