Call Center Sales Representative
Hours: Monday
- Friday 8am-4:30pm
The schedule is Monday through Friday. All Customer Service Representatives are required to participate in the on-call after hours service rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak professionally, clearly, and concisely while providing excellent customer service.
- High school diploma
- Type 30+ words per minute
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Demonstrate a willingness to be accountable.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Must be able to learn and consistently follow established communication scripts for consistency and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly desired but not required
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Duties
- Understand and Exemplify CPL’s Core Values
- Be punctual and ready to work at scheduled times.
- Quickly and professionally greet customers.
- Maintain positive and professional communications with all customers.
- Identify customer needs, inform customers about CPL’s services and process orders.
- Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
- Input accurate information into computer system.
- Consistently record and recap customer information, minimizing errors
- Navigate Field Service Management Software
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
