An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Client Relations Executive ** to join our Business Development team.

Raaft USA is an evolving and fast-growing company providing commercial landscape products for roof terraces.

You will ideally be **based in New York or Chicargo** but will be working from home.

Your role will be to actively seek out new business for the company to ensure continued growth, by building relationships internally and booking quality appointments and lunch and learns for BDM team and ultimately increasing the pipeline for future years.

Main responsibilities:

- Researching new clients, contacts and projects using relevant websites to gain knowledge - using Linkedin, Barbour ABI, Planning portals etc
- Booking face to face appointments and lunch and learns
- Managing external representatives diary
- Following up project leads and looking for quick wins / orders
- Ensure we capitalise on every specification possible through consistent follow up’s
- Ensuring CRM is kept clean

Skills and attributes:

- Previous experience in a sales, telephone and/or customer service role
- Persistent and results oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High level of adaptability
- Previous experience with using Zoho or similar CRM system
- Self-disciplined with strong time management skills
- Key fit with the 5 Raaft values
- A track record of working with teams and managing tasks by prioritising workloads
- A team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious

Educational requirements:

- Good level of education
- Computer literate with strong administrative skills
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English

You will have a drive for success, be self-motivated, ambitious and someone who loves a challenge.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- No travel
