**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
- Upsell drink specials and promote new menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and drink recipes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

**Zoom Flume** is a water park in East Durham, New York. Zoom Flume is named after Zoom Flume, the first ride built there. Zoom Flume consists of nine slides, five play areas, and three restaurants. Zoom Flume is opened to public from the end of June through Labor Day.
