Large Format Print Operator

Execute all tasks related to graphic production including but not limited to: print file preparation, loading printers, color management, printing and proactively solve issue and escalate situations as necessary.
- Interface with Project Management, Creative Department, Engineering and Fabrication to ensure information is received, issues are resolved and projects delivered accurately on budget and within the project timeline.
- Effectively manage multiple large print projects simultaneously using equipment including but not limited to: fabric printer, flatbed, and film to execute processes and procedures efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all quality control standards.
- Demonstrate the Ion Exhibits values of collaboration, flexibility and client focus.
- Responsible for following all safety procedures around the working with hazardous materials.
- Conduct regular maintenance on all equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean department / workplace at all times.
- Participate in meetings, seminars and workshops as appropriate.
- Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to ensure continual improvement in efficiency, productivity and growth.

**Requirements**:

- High School graduation
- Cumulative three years of Graphic Production Experience

**Working Conditions and Physical Demands**
- Must be able to regularly sit, stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift in excess of 40 pounds, lift items overhead, and have close and color vision ability
- Occasional exposure to paint thinner, alcohol cleaner and other solvents
- Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule which includes extended hours and weekends

This is a full-time, day-shift position. Clean work environment and good benefits including 401K, health, dental, and vision insurance. You must have your own transportation and be available for overtime.

Pay: $20.08 - $24.98 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
