Responsibilities: Client and account management - ensure each client’s unique needs are met in a professional, friendly, and prompt manner. Daily Shipment Processing - receive customer documentation and verify all required documents have been submitted, complete Importer Security and Customs Entry filings, and shipment tracking and dispatching. Billing - process timely and accurate billing for all shipments and submit payment requests to Accounting. Document indexing and database maintenance - assist with maintaining updated information in the database as needed. General office - answer phone calls, file and organize paperwork, other duties as assigned by management. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years in freight forwarding, brokerage, or logistics preferred High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Excellent customer service and client management skills Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite Process-oriented and proactive mindset Ability to work with data in various formats Eagerness to learn, adapt, and find new solutions Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Job Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
