**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers with your outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Sell and upsell beer, wine, and other offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Encourage customers to book additional games after experiencing the thrill of one.
- Proactively request and collect reviews from satisfied customers to boost our online presence.
- Lead groups of guests through the escape room experience with enthusiasm and excitement.
- Provide hints and clues to guests as needed, ensuring they have an enjoyable and challenging experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Outgoing personality with a knack for engaging with customers and selling products/services.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
