We are seeking an IT Staffing Business Development Manager/ Business Account Manager who can bring their own client list and staffing requirements. This is a commission-based position with profit-sharing opportunities and does not require full-time commitment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bring in IT staffing requirements and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their staffing requirements
- Manage the sales process and lead a team of recruiters
- Promote the company's services through marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT staffing contracts and business development
- Own client list with IT-related job requirements and placements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
