**The Job**:

- **District: Cesar Chavez High School and other Phoenix Union High School locations**:

- **Dates: May 28th-June 28th**:

- **Schedule: Monday-Thursday; 8:00 am-4:00 pm**:

- You will tutor grades 9-12
- Subject
- ELA, ELD, History or Social Studies
- Method: Push in tutoring
- Ratios: 1:1 or small group
- Pay: $30/hr
- W2
- Pay twice a month

**Job Duties**:

- Instruct in small groups.
- Maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans provided for you by 1 to 1 Tutoring.
- Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
- Establish academic goals and milestones with students

**Qualifications**:

- Teacher Certification (preferred)
- Degree (required)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields (required)
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
