**Your Role**: You will work 1:1 with clients in their homes and communities to work on shaping and changing behaviors to improve their quality of life and to get their needs met in a more acceptable and socially appropriate manner.

**Schedule**: Afternoons and evenings with weekend flexibility

**Location**: Laveen and surrounding areas

**What You'll Do**:

- Deliver ABA interventions in a home-based setting.
- Collect data and implement personalized treatment plans for children.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team that shares our core values.

**Qualities We Look For**:
We welcome applicants from various backgrounds who share our passion for helping children with autism. Whether you have experience as a childcare provider, teacher, tutor, advocate, or in related fields, we encourage you to apply. A degree in the fields of Teaching, Special Education, Psychology, or Human Development is preferred but not mandatory.

- Commitment to reliability, including transportation and a valid driver's license.
