**Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator**

**Location**: Kids 1st Pediatric Dentistry

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Kids 1st Pediatric Dentistry The primary responsibility of this position is to handle all front office functions for the practice, ensuring that patients, parents, and guardians are our top priority.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all front desk activities, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients and their families.
- Answer multiple phone lines and manage office correspondence.
- Handle insurance verification and billing processes.
- Maintain patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

**Specific Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Proficient in handling multiple phone lines.
- Strong PC skills and the ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations as needed.
