This is a crucial role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of our business.

**Duties**:

- Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized maintenance management systems
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate parts orders and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
