**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Various sales support duties like researching and prospect prices, companies and contacts through internal and external resources
- Assist with completion of specific paperwork for customers including: purchase orders, order forms, etc.
- Assist with preparation and potentially attend important client meetings with sales team
- Keep an organized and detailed inventory records, and data
- Duties as assigned

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Strong capability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
- Comfortable in a fast -paced work environment, able to 'keep cool and calm' in a humming setting
- Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills
