Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders for deadlines and important events
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders with professionalism and excellent customer service
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in file management, typing, and data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle calls professionally
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
