AQUA Dermatology has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter Come join the Southeast’s Premier Dermatology Practice with over 107 locations throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Our top-tier company is growing rapidly and has an excellent opportunity for a Healthcare Recruiter looking for a fast-paced role to support our continued successes.

**Requirements**:
In addition to strong written and verbal communication skills, core skills include:

- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, ADP preferred
- Understanding of human resources policies and practices
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize for high volume requisition load

**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruitment for multi-site locations, with at least one (1) year of healthcare recruiting experience
