**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Outreach & Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in crafting engaging content and building strong community relations. The Director will be the driving force behind our digital presence, user engagement, and external outreach initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and foster business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to enhance the organization's brand.
- Create compelling and brand-consistent social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a monthly updated presence on Google Business Profile to drive local SEO and business visibility.
- Monitor social media and online platforms to respond promptly to patient reviews and inquiries across Google, Birdeye, and Klara.
- Design and send monthly newsletters to engage and inform our patient base.
- Design & update company mailers and flyers.
- Regularly update and maintain the company’s website to ensure current and prospective patients receive accurate information.
- Produce two original, high-quality blog posts per month to support SEO and content marketing efforts.
- Perform quarterly analytics reviews using Google Analytics to inform strategy decisions and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct monthly outreach to local assisted living facilities and medical daycares through in-person contacts, mailers, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute health workshops that educate and benefit the community.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the Google Ads specialist, translating campaign performance into actionable insights for leadership.

**Qualifications**
- Healthcare background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and glean actionable insights

**Nice to have, but not required (we will train)**
- Familiarity with content creation, SEO, & Google Analytics, and marketing best practices.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
