**Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and negotiating job offers
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Handle employee compensation and benefits administration
- Manage HR systems such as Paylocity, SAP, and Ceridian for efficient HR operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions such as talent acquisition, recruiting, training development, and change management
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive informed HR decisions
- Experience with HRIS systems like ADP, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong conflict management skills to resolve workplace issues efficiently

Pay: $74,606.95 - $89,849.23 per year
