**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Retail Clerk at Blossom & Ivory in New York City. As a Retail Clerk, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, maintaining the organization of our store, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and warmth, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, sizing, and pricing, providing detailed information and assistance as needed.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, promote special promotions, and create a positive shopping environment.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, product updates, and store promotions to provide customers with relevant information and assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
