Accel Therapies is looking for a passionate BCBA to join our team as a Clinic Director and support clients and staff in our Victorville Center. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a full-time, daytime schedule from 8 am to 5 pm that doesn't require late afternoon or evening availability.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and represent the company professionally in all situations
- Implement treatment plans and track/collect data against goals
- Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Support internal curriculum and clinical resources to further develop empirically based intervention methods
- Support other critical functions like quality assurance, training, etc.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week

**Requirements**:

- Provide supervision and parent training across center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth environments
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings

- Ability to handle aggressive behaviors and monitor the movement of clients to ensure client and provider safety
- Pass TB test, immunizations, and background check
- Bilingual in Spanish is HIGHLY preferred

**Experience and Qualifications**
- A Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required
- Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
- Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
- Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Salary range: $75,000 to $80,000 per year
