Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing consultation and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Behavior Support Plans using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and regular review and maintenance of data collection towards behavior plan goals.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for direct service professionals, home administrators, program managers, and other professionals as needed.
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with other professionals in the development and maintenance of behavior support plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field and BCBA certification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior support plans.
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and work independently with limited supervision.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $87,000 - $92,000 annually.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have a valid California Driver's License and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
