About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network in Apple Valley, CA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide ongoing consultation using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, design and implement Behavior Support Plans, and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and training to direct service professionals, home administrators, and other professionals
  • Design, implement, and maintain Behavior Support Plans using Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and regular review of data collection towards behavior plan goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain behavior support plans
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a related field and BCBA certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior support plans
  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
