It is the Assistant Project Manager’s responsibility to work with and support the Project Manager or Managers and Field Superintendents with the execution and documentation on multiple on-going construction projects.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- OSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain certification during employment).
- Demonstrated minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction or related engineering field.
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand construction documents, including plans and specifications for all disciplines of construction.
- Proficiency with various industry software including Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Project, Project Team.
- Self-motivated to work independently and part of a team.
- Strong understanding of materials, equipment, tools, processes and procedures used in construction.
- Strong communication skills both orally and written.

**Responsibilities shall include**:

- Adhere to all Owner, Company and OSHA safety procedures and protocols.
- Support Project Manager and Project Superintendent as required in execution of the project.
- Review & understand project documents, both drawings and specifications.
- Assist the Project Manager in purchasing and buyout as required.
- Assist the Project Manager on technical issues as required.
- Assist in preparation of Change Order preparation, tracking and execution.
- Work with Superintendents and Project Managers to generate RFI’s, as well as log and track same.
- Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project schedule.
- Assist the Superintendents and Project Managers in generating forms and reports as required.
