Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Duties: - Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes - Assist with event planning and coordination - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized office environment Experience: - Previous experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or office assistant is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Pay: From $17.50 per hour
