Company Profile:
We are a manufacturer's representative/distributor of commercial and industrial heating and filtration equipment, parts and supplies. Our focus is strictly business to business sales with our customer base including mechanical contractors, mechanical engineers, HVAC service companies and commercial/industrial end users such as universities, school districts, hospitals, municipalities, and manufacturing.
Our company is small with four employees which eliminates the large corporate bureaucracy. We have been in business for 59 years, are secure and are aggressively growth oriented. We are looking to replace a retiring office manager that has been with our firm for over 17 years.
Job Summary:
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- General duties such as customer service, telephone receptionist, correspondence, systems maintenance, file organization, manage office supply, maintain employee records and equipment inventory
- Sales duties including parts sales, inventory control, and shipping/receiving of small parts
- Book keeping functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and quarterly reporting, invoicing, bank reconciliation, end of the month accounting reports/statements, and maintaining all company taxes.
Applicant must have a solid work history with excellent references, strong verbal and written communication skills, and must be extremely proficient in MS Word, Excel, Windows XP functions and QuickBooks Premier Plus accounting software.
We offer a typical Monday through Friday work week, excellent salary based on experience, company paid health Insurance, year end bonuses, company paid SEP profit sharing, paid holidays, and paid vacations.
