Looking for asphalt and concrete estimator who's experienced in estimating new construction and existing ones
- Ability to read blue prints and specifications.
- Ability to work estimating remotely is an option
- Familiar with prevailing wages projects and private projects
- We specializing in commercial and industrial projects
- Position requires making assigned or self-generated sales calls.
- Estimating Sealcoting and striping projects
- Experienced in ADA upgrades and code compliance
- Accurately completing plan take-offs, and estimating to prepare a bid package or written proposal for customers
- Create precise estimates using your attention to detail and asphalt expertise.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role required.
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in general computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read blue prints and specifications.

Efficiency and organization.
- Experience in estimating and operations management is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented & able to work effectively under deadlines.

Compensation is base salary or hourly with commission that is tied directly to the quantity and performance of projects sold.

Pay: $56,965.67 - $68,603.81 per year
