**YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL GROUP HOME - PROGRAM MANAGERS**

Join our team at Pathlight as a Residential Group Home - Program Manager where you will play a crucial role in coordinating the daily operations of residential supports for individuals with diverse disabilities. Your responsibilities will include providing direct care, case management, and social work services, as well as supervising direct support professionals to ensure the achievement of individual and program goals. Collaborate with a dedicated team to create opportunities for individuals to actively engage within their communities, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

- Broad knowledge of a related discipline such as social sciences, human services or business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4-year college education. Over 3 years and including 5 years of progressive learning experience including demonstrated supervisory experience.
- A valid driver's license, clear driving history, and reliable transportation/vehicle is required.
- Acceptable CORI
