Looking for **On-Site Property Manager** to join team in HEMET, California.

**Manager will reside on the property.**

**Full Rent Credit Position.**

**MUST BE 21 AND OLDER.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Collect rent
- Inspect property and arrange maintenance worker(s) to meet property standards.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, by being respectful and professional at ALL TIMES.
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Know in-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
- Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
- Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.

**Job Type**:

- Part-time

**Salary**:

- $16.00 per hour
