**Duties**:

- Train and develop a high performing team
- Clean and wash vehicles using state-of-the-art equipment and eco-friendly products
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including the exterior and interior of the building, parking lot, and restrooms
- Operate vehicles safely and efficiently during the car wash process
- Keep the car wash equipment and tools in good working condition
- Assist with maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient car wash experience

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the car wash industry or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of car wash techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with cleaning products and chemicals
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
