**Auto Dealership Receptionist**:

We need to hire an** experienced full-time Receptionist **to answer multiple telephone lines and assist with clerical/administrative duties. Receptionist experience is required. **Responsibilities - Receptionist**:

- Greet and assist visitors and customers
- Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
- Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
- Provide general clerical/office support such as: receiving and sorting mail/deliveries/couriers, create and organize files, cashiering, etc.
- Perform other duties as requested

**Qualifications/Requirements - Receptionist**:

- ** Experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is REQUIRED**:

- Must be a well-spoken, outgoing, and friendly professional
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Exceptional customer service skills and accurate attention to detail
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
