Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are now looking to hire an additional technician for the Albany market We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature.

Full time position. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday. Times may vary, but generally 8-4 or 9-5 depending on the customer's needs. Occasional weekend and overnights required. Weekend and overnight work receives increased bonus pay.

Background check to be conducted after job offer as necessary for client approval.

Wage is up to $40 per hour, and is based on your skill set and experience.

Benefits include one week paid vacation, one week paid sick leave, paid holidays, individual health insurance with add-ons optional, and a 401k retirement plan with employer match contribution.
