Are you a dynamic, experienced, and skilled Maintenance Technician? If so, we are looking for you We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who is equipped with a comprehensive set of technical skills and experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure smooth and reliable operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to use your skills in a challenging and rewarding environment where you can make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to monitor operating condition and performance.
2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and downtime.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
4. Repair or replace defective machinery parts.
5. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure proper equipment installation and repairs.
6. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties.
7. Perform welding tasks as needed.
8. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to service calls or requests.
9. Document all maintenance and repair services performed, and keep track of all materials and parts used.
10. Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to solve complex problems.
11. Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills, leadership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a similar industry.
2. Proficient knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
4. Experience with welding and using hand and power tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
6. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
7. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team and display leadership qualities.
9. Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
