We are seeking a new **Marketing Coordinator.** Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position is responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing, development, and outreach for the Cassopolis Family Clinic Network. This position also assists with the supervision and oversight of internal and external marketing strategies. Develops, creates and manages the creation, implementation and assessment of several marketing mediums including (but not restricted to): printed materials, newsletters, social media, company website, internal intranet, and press releases. Responsibilities also include special event planning for community relations and development efforts. Promotes the mission and philosophy of providing quality health care and related services to the medically underserved. Upholds and ensures compliance with and attention to all corporate policies and procedures, as well as the mission and values of the organization.

**What You Will Do**
- Maintains a commitment to the achievement of quality health care services by maintaining patient rights, safety, privacy, confidentiality and excellent customer service philosophy.
- Assists in executing communication/outreach activities and public relations for traditional marketing efforts (marketing materials, advertising, direct mail, marketing campaign, and press releases).
- Assists in creating and expanding the Social Media marketing/communication/outreach presence (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Oversees marketing for all Cassopolis Family Clinic Network locations and programs along with marketing efforts for all development efforts.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of HR & Marketing.

**What You Will Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- At least 3 years of marketing, development, event planning and social media management experience.

Pay: $23.77 - $31.15 per hour
