**Position Overview**:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work under supervision of the Controller (CFO). They will assist in various functions in the accounting department.

Support continuous improvement while achieving positive results in quality, cost, and delivery. Ensure that products of the highest quality are being sent to our internal and external customers.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Accounting Receivable Specialist will perform following tasks:

- Assist with Accounts Receivable collections
- Assist with Accounts Payable transactions, as backup
- Assist with data/payment entry into the accounting system
- Support the Controller with ad hoc accounting analysis
- Additional projects or duties as assigned
- Create Excel reports when needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred;
- Skilled in Excel spreadsheets
- Some Finance/Accounting experience
- Strong integrity, high accuracy detail oriented, and ability to keep confidentiality.
- Able to communicate effectively, possess analytical and problem solving skills, strong organizational skills, and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to present information in a clear, logical manner to teammates and leadership team.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
