**Job Summary**:
The Meridian Galveston is lookin for a maintenance director to join their team The primary purpose of the job position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Environmental Service Department as well as under Housekeeping and Laundry Department including hands on in accordance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.

**Qualifications: required**
- HVAC Certification
- Hands on engineering level experience on HVAC Chiller System such as: Cooling tower, Screw Compressors, Scroll Compressors, Three Phase Motors, etc
- Experience on Electrical Schematics, plumbing, etc
- Experience on Life Safety Code State inspection in Nursing Facilities

**Shifts**:

- Job type: Full Time M-F (rotating on-call weekends)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
