HR Business Coordinator

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Associates degree or equivalent and 2 years of office related experience.
**Job Summary**:
To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Human Resources Department. Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities on own initiative ensuring process and operational continuity of various administrative and business management activities.
**Job Duties**:
- Develops and maintains the HR department website using HTML
- Initiates improvements in the work process/environment.
- Analyzes and standardizes procedures for improved efficiencies.
- Prioritizes daily work assignments.
- Contributes ideas and suggestions for improvements to the process.
- Supports and assists in the cross-training of team members.
- Coordinates various HR-related programs or projects.
- Coordinates with other HR departments
- Provide phone coverage and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process travel, registrations, and membership dues.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Performs related duties as required.
**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources and employment law.
- Developing partnerships and a general understanding of the customer’s business and current Issues.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Developing presentation and facilitation skills.
- Basic to moderate level of impact and influence with customers.
- Moderate analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative in developing leadership and supervision skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
**Salary Range**:
***Actual salary commensurate with experience.
**Work Schedule**:
Partial Remote, onsite as needed. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
