Scheduling Coordinator

JT Signings, LLC is a leading Nationwide Signing Service specializing in coordinating mobile notaries for document signings across the country. We work closely with Title, Escrow, and Attorneys to ensure seamless transactions for our clients.
**Role Description**:
As a Signing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and coordinating document signings. Your responsibilities will include vetting and selecting qualified notaries, matching them with assignments based on location and expertise, ensuring timely signings, maintaining records, facilitating communication, resolving conflicts, and collaborating to optimize scheduling.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating appointments with clients and notaries.
- Providing support to both clients and notaries throughout the signing process.
- Reviewing documents prior to appointments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting review calls with notaries to discuss assignment details and address any questions or concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Escrow experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
