POSITION SUMMARYAs an In-House Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, engaging with prospects, and supporting our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for utilizing CRM tools to contact prospective residents and referrals, handling inquiries, and effectively representing our communities to referral sources and prospects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn addition to all components of the above position summary the following "Essential Duties and Responsibilities" are essential to successful performance in this positionUtilize CRM system to contact prospect residents and referrals.Handle telephone and inbound mail inquiries, qualifying prospects, and obtaining resident care needs.Develop a thorough knowledge of Savant products and services to effectively represent communities to referral sources and prospects.Qualify prospects and convert qualified prospects into tours.Communicate with marketers and communities to schedule tours effectively.Support social media coordination by working with all activities directors and posting on Instagram.Assist with marketing events, parties, and corporate initiatives.Coordinate marketing projects such as staff uniforms and name badges.Create presentations for marketers to showcase services and offeringsKeep track of all census/ move ins/ discharges for all communitiesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThe incumbent in this position has no supervisory responsibilitiesEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CREDENTIALS Bachelor's degree preferred, but a history of successful senior living placement marketing work experience is a perfect substitute Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
