Partnerships Associate

Titan is the rebel challenger in a very old industry. The present era is run by ancient players: Fidelity, Schwab, & Goldman Sachs. The problem is that none of them were built on modern rails and have horrible user experiences. There have been new things built (think: "investing apps"). They are either 1) gimmicky casinos or 2) sleepy commodities. We won't say names. Why hasn't anyone built a modern Goldman Sachs for everyone? That's our mission.
Titan is a next-generation investment firm. We aspire to lead our generations' wealth.
We are fighters at heart. We fight to build products that are truly democratized. For example, we launched the first institutional grade cash management product open to everyday investors via Titan Smart Cash. We launched the first ever Venture fund for everyday investors in partnership with Cathie Wood's ARK. We've been able to raise significant capital from some of Silicon Valley's best, like a16z and General Catalyst.

**Role Overview**
We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to help us grow an exciting new vertical within the Titan ecosystem.
**What You'll Do**:
- Own and execute the top-of-funnel strategy utilizing all means of outreach, both traditional and creative, to achieve your goals.
- Establish relationships with key industry stakeholders and future partners, maintaining the Titan Brand of quality throughout all forms of communication.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to enhance our partnership approach and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and offerings in the travel and lifestyle space.
- Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team on an ad-hoc basis depending on need and demand.
- Help us build a best-in-class team and company.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a membership/partnership sales role, ideally within the high-end restaurant or hospitality sector.
- World-class communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple high-level stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of communication and promptness.
- Creative marketing thinker, able to ideate new and innovative ways to nurture and develop partnerships within your specific field.
- Passionate, ambitious, and competitive personality; not afraid of rejection.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to build and maintain relationships in your specific field.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management abilities.
- Able to build relationships inside and outside the company.

**_Compensation:_**:
- Anticipated annual salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 plus company stock options + benefits (see above)._

This salary range represents Titan's reasonable estimated possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting._
