We are seeking a Customer Support Representative who will be able to think big with us as we continue to expand our knowledge of one of the best entertainment industries on the market. We are an up-and-coming business consulting firm that works with the largest and latest advanced technology industries bringing brand awareness to their local customers. We are looking for an individual who is determined to grow their professional career and is adaptable to the new innovative products and services that are being introduced by our client.

The Customer Support Representative is ambitious and motivated to educate customers to help increase their knowledge on our client. Starting off in this position, an individual will be educated on the product knowledge, services provided, and the customers that they will be working with on a daily basis. Our Customer Support Representative will make our company's goals possible by providing exceptional service, increasing our customer base, and expanding our customer acquisitions while working within a diverse team environment.

**Customer Support Representative Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining interpersonal relationships by engaging with customers
- Work with customers directly to support their needs and ensure that they are receiving the proper education they need on services offered by the client.
- Create a custom approach to each individual customer, representing the client and brand with the highest level of integrity.
- Listening to customers and providing exceptional sales presentations and sales negotiation skills that will meet customers’ needs.
- Working within a team of diverse individuals on a small scale and being a part of developing their professional skills regarding sales, customer interaction, community outreach, and client revenue.
- Shadow how to run training sessions to eventually execute and better advance the results of team members.

**What We Are Looking For From Our Customer Support Representative**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of being in a customer service, customer support, sales, or relevant work experience is a bonus
- Effective time management skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
