HR and Office Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage semimonthly ADP payroll function for +60 staff based in the USA, Canada, and Singapore.
- Manage global employee benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and 401k.
- Manage recruiting function including staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Other general HR and Office related functions.
- Assist senior management team in the development and communication of company policies and procedures.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous HR experience in a similar sized company.
- Previous experience with ADP Payroll and other benefits platforms.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
