**Location**:Primarily work from home; will come onsite (Pulse Point) for onboarding, training, or as otherwise required by managers.
**Shift**:M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm ( Any U.S time zone)
**The Business Analyst II will be responsible for analyzing the business process, proposing solutions to increase organizational effectiveness and identifying areas of improvement.**
**Essential Functions**:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong understanding of business processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Stake holders to analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing implementations.
- Prepare detailed documentation such as business requirements documents, functional specs and user manuals. Maintain the project artifacts and update on a regular basis.
- Proficient in using Jira and confluence.
- Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
- Interpret complex data sets and extract a meaningful insight that can drive the business decisions.
- Work in collaboration with the team to streamline processes and workflows.
- Proficient in creating functional specifications to communicate with the development team.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings with stake holders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
